In the vicinity of the oldest city park in Łódź, 10 minutes' walk from Piotrkowska Street, there is The Workshop: a historic industrial facility rebuilt into a complex of 24 comfortable one-room apartments.
We expanded the original building with two additional floors. The characteristic chimney has been preserved: a reminder of the building's industrial history and its distinctive decoration. The windows on the ground and second floors are framed with a window sill and an arched brick lintel. The building is topped with a mansard roof with dormer windows. The height of the rooms on the first two floors has been maintained, even several dozen centimeters higher than the standard one.
All apartments in the Workshop Building have been sold.
