Personal data will be processed on the basis of a separate consent, i.e. Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), i.e. for marketing purposes - in connection with Art. 10 section 2 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services or Art. 172 section 1 of the Act of July 16, 2004 - Telecommunications Law. Personal data may be transferred to recipients - i.e. entities established to implement the investment by the Personal Data Administrator. The data controller does not share data with or transfer it to a third country/international organization. In the vicinity of the oldest city park in Łódź, 10 minutes' walk from Piotrkowska Street, there is The Workshop: a historic industrial facility rebuilt into a complex of 24 comfortable one-room apartments.

We expanded the original building with two additional floors. The characteristic chimney has been preserved: a reminder of the building's industrial history and its distinctive decoration. The windows on the ground and second floors are framed with a window sill and an arched brick lintel. The building is topped with a mansard roof with dormer windows. The height of the rooms on the first two floors has been maintained, even several dozen centimeters higher than the standard one.
