As if it weren’t enough that some apartments in Diasfera have windows overlooking the park, we made sure that our development also offers something truly unique to look at. The wall opposite Diasfera has been adorned with a vibrant, original mural created by artists Maciej Polak and Martyn Gill under the auspices of the Łódź-based Urban Forms Foundation.

Stage II, comprising 245 apartments, extended the Diasfera frontage to Kilińskiego Street. A distinctive feature of this phase of the development is the ON Diasfera retail and service zone.
The wall leading from Kilińskiego Street to the courtyard has been adorned with a mural created by Maciek Polak. Benches and tables are incorporated into the artwork, encouraging neighbourly gatherings. There is also a bookcrossing shelf for the estate’s book exchange.
All apartments from Stage II have been sold.
The original building was extended by two additional storeys. The distinctive chimney has been preserved—a reminder of the building’s industrial past and a striking decorative feature. The windows on the ground floor and second storey are framed with sills and arched brick lintels. The building is crowned with a mansard roof with dormer windows integrated into it. The ceiling height on the first two storeys has been retained at a level exceeding the standard by several dozen centimetres.
All apartments in the Workshop Building have been sold.
Located next to the oldest city park in Łódź and just a 10-minute walk from Piotrkowska Street, the Workshop Building is a historic industrial structure that has been converted into a complex of 24 comfortable one-room apartments.
This comprises 115 apartments with floor areas ranging from 26 to 148 m2, located in a modern building with a cascading layout at the junction of Kilińskiego Street and Piłsudskiego Avenue.
